Icon City is a massive development from one of Malaysia’s top and leading developers, which will encompass a hotel, office suites, retail lots and residential towers.

It is a high visibility development, and there was much pre-launch advertising as well as on-going advertising. Sales were however purported to be on the slower side, perhaps due to many who complain about the developer’s bad building quality, high prices and bad customer service.
