Located just beside its successor Sri Putramas II, Sri Putramas I is one of the older developments in the area. With its attractive facilities and beautifully designed homes, it is a waste that the building was not well constructed. Not only do tenants complaint of cracks in the walls, they also complain about the noise and dust they get from the highways. There was however a recent facelift on the condominium in 2010 with new paint jobs that helped to boost Sri Putramas I’s image.
