Arte is one of the latest high-end condominiums located in Kuchai, built amongst much controversy by a developer who is purported to have a less than savoury history. Developed amidst many protests of existing residents in the area, Arte was nevertheless a condominium that was rumoured to be fully sold out before its one year launch mark.
