Tanjung Park is a two-block condominium located along the major road of Jalan Tanjung Tokong in the northeastern corner of the Penang Island. Easily recognisable due to its distinctive pitched roof design inspired by European architecture, the freehold property was completed more than a decade ago but still appears to be well maintained.

Tanjung Park is situated less than 7km from Komtar in Georgetown, making it a good location to stay in for those who work in the area, as well as in towns around Georgetown and Tanjung Tokong like Jelutong and Tanjung Bungah.

The condominium has a total of 285 units, consisting of typical units, executive units and penthouses, many of them sea-facing. Families will appreciate the spacious sizes of the units, as even the smallest typical units are about 950 sf, and go up to 3,900 sf. Prices of the residential units at Tanjung Park be it for purchase or rental are not low, (although still more affordable than the ultra-luxury properties in neighbourhoods like Seri Tanjung Pinang or Tanjung Bungah). However, that is to be expected as the luxurious property is set on prime area, close to commercial and retail developments. In fact, with the development of the surrounding areas, the property’s units will most certainly appreciate in value.

Just within walking distance of the condominium is the Island Plaza, Prima Tanjung and Precinct 10, where many eateries and shops can be found, while a little further away is the Straits Quay retail marina, Tesco Seri Tanjung Pinang, Gurney Drive and the bustling Pulau Tikus market.

Moreover, with its proximity to mature neighbourhoods like Pulau Tikus, Tanjung Bungah and Tanjung Tokong, there is no lack of schools, tertiary educational institutions and medical facilities within the vicinity of Tanjung Park.

In line with the condominium’s more upscale nature, it has quite a number of in-house facilities, such as a gym, swimming pool, children’s pool, playground, barbecue area, TV lounge, games room, sauna, laundromat and convenience store, making Tanjung Park an ideal place to stay for those who are looking for a blend of comfort and ease of access.

It's located in a decent neighbourhood, but some people don't like the roof design and it is now blocked by another new condominium, so essentially, most of the seaview is gone.
