This property development received mixed reactions whereby residents complained about the developer’s honesty on the progress of construction, that the security feature was only installed four years from the selling date, and that the keys were only given to them two years after the purchase date. At the same time, however, despite the bad reviews, there were residents who were pleased with their homes.
