Cheras Ria is a low-cost property development located within the matured and established neighbourhood of Cheras. This small and compact property can be accessed from several major highways and provides residents with standard-sized units and a medley of facilities for their convenience.

There was an incident that occurred in 2013 where a 40-year old man miraculously survived a fall from the 8th floor of Cheras Ria. He sustained serious injuries including several broken bones, and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. Police investigation revealed nothing more than a question of whether it was accidental or crime-related.
