Ketumbar Heights is a high density medium-cost development located on a high elevated piece of land in Cheras next to Ketumbar Hill and Cheras Ria. Blessed the property is with a full range of facilities, amenities, and easy access to other townships and neighbourhoods. Residents are pleased with the maintenance of their place and that the surrounding area is very peaceful and serene.

Residents can also enjoy the view of the lush greenery from their units and those facing north have the privilege of revelling in the panoramic views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre skyline. However, Ketumbar Heights has made headlines that people will never forget. In December 2010, a 22-year-old man committed suicide by jumping from the 14th floor of Ketumbar Heights due to relationship problems.
