OUG Parklane is a residential cum commercial development located off Old Klang Road. Such is the size of this development, that it is considered to be a mini “taman”, hence its address of Taman OUG Parklane.

According to a tenant of OUG Parklane, this humungously high density project already has a varied number of shops with a healthy mix of tenants. There is a day care centre in place, complemented by many eateries and mamak shops, while a hardware shop and laundry services are also available.

OUG Parklane is a project that has drawn much interest from the public for its affordable prices, while many investors are also drawn to the project for its central location and convenience of lifestyle. The only negative comments that can be found regarding this project are the rather garish colours chosen for the buildings, as well as its high density and traffic congestion of the area.

Very high density development. Many units are still empty after 1 year of completion. Traffic is bad getting out to Old Klang Road. Plus point is properties there are very new and clean.

High-density development. Good thing about this place is that its location is strategic, easily accessible to KL, PJ, Subang or Puchong. Traffic is worse though when going out to Old Klang Road during peak hours.
