to the cleanliness of facility area due to poor cleaning scheduled by mgmt. After all, management team had always been quite responsive and efficient in dealing with the complains. Another downside is the noise pollution from highway and the indian temple opposite the property. The temple often draws big crowd and could cause some traffic congestion in front of the entrance. Despite of it, there is also petrol stations , restaurants and offices in 10 boulevard next to the property at your convenience. Overall, it is a good place to stay in, quiet and peaceful (if there's no events happening in the neighbourhood), friendly neighbours, and satisfying facilities.
