Urban 360 is a serviced residence located in the outskirt township of Gombak. It is said to be well-linked to many highways, although there have been interested prospectors who say that access to the area is bad due to the standstill traffic on the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), which is the main highway which connects this development to the city. However, it is only the norm that developed areas will be faced with traffic congestion during peak hours.

Some residents said that the clauses in the S&P were very lopsided to the developer’s advantage, although there are also those who say that this is a good developer and buyers will not need to worry about their purchase. The end results of the development were pleasing to buyers, who found that the product met their standards.
