The Manor is a collection of exclusive bungalow homes located in the bustling suburbs of Pulau Tikus, Penang. Completed in late 2013, there are only 3 units of the modernly-designed homes, where each unit is built on its very own, freehold and spacious land.

With that, The Manor is just about 5 minutes’ drive down Jalan Burma to the Georgetown city centre, while continuing through the city will lead to Weld Quay and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. Along that route will be the first Penang Bridge, followed by towns like Jelutong, Bayan Baru and Bayan Lepas.
