Taman Molek is a township located within Johor Bahru, Johor. The town consists of a healthy mix of residential and commercial phases, making the township one that is self-sustainable and conducive for all walks of life.

The landed homes in the town have built-ups ranging from 1,128 sf, particularly for its terrace homes, which also come with an average 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout. The semi-detached units are sized from 3,200 sf onwards, and usually have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The high-rise units, such as the condominium, have a built-up from 1,075 sf onwards, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within their units. The commercial lots, on the other hand, are usually 2 or 3 storeys high.

Taman Molek also has facilities within its neighbourhoods, which usually encompass a central park with children’s playgrounds. The township also provides enough amenities for its occupants, with the likes of workshops, offices, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and service centres spread across the neighbourhoods in the town. It is also close to Tebrau, where residents can find malls such as AEON Mall, Tesco Extra, and the IKEA Tebrau which was just completed recently.

Within the neighbouring town, residents will be able to find Sultan Ismail Hospital, which would be convenient during emergencies. Plentong is another nearby township that residents can go to for entertainment and shopping for daily needs, as there is a Giant hypermarket situated there.

Taman Molek can be easily accessed via Jalan Pandan Jaya and the Pasir Gudang Highway, with two of the roads having exits to the town. Tenants can also travel down to the Johor Bahru city centre with ease, and those who frequently commute to Singapore will also find a suitable home here, as it enjoys close proximity to the neighbouring country.
