In terms of maintenance, there have been constant movements by the management body to improve the condition of the building such as by conducting roof repairs.
Despite being a rather affordable condominium there is a rather comprehensive range of facilities, making Tasik Heights Apartment a rather attractive purchase for those from the middle income group.
