price is averagely 1.9mil. Low ROI if you are looking to buy and then rent it out, as the average rental price can only fetch about RM4,500. I've also heard that there will be a renovation going on soon.

I like this place. It's like a resort - quiet and serene. Clean building but it's time for them to do some repainting. Layout might not be spacious enough. But still a good place to live in. Very strategic location.
