Venice Hill is a colourful, high rise development located on a hill in Batu 9 Cheras, Cheras South. This high density property offers an environment of lush greenery and spectacular views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. These homes come with five different layouts, from the smallest to the largest size situated on the roof.

Residents of Venice Hill are pampered with an abundance of amenities, which are within walking and driving distance of the development. Venice Hill is only accessible via one major highway, which is the Cheras-Kajang Highway.

There were initial problems faced by the residents during the construction period where owners were dissatisfied with the quality of the finishing and facilities of the place. There were also complaints that the parking lot was not brightly lit, which resulted in the residents feeling insecure and unsafe at nights.

Good for stay, not very convenient since walking downhill is required to get to public transportation,. Great investment with good views and fresh air. Good for family stay.
