The Oasis at Gelugor, Penang is condominium residence made up of 3 residential blocks each towering at 38 storeys tall. There are 536 units within the residence, completed in 2012.

Condominium units at The Oasis are sized between 1,041 sf to 1,183 sf with 5 different layouts to choose from. All units have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but vary in built-up space. The homes were launched at prices ranging between RM240,000 to RM290,000. Units at The Oasis have so far appreciated in value, with subsale prices beginning at RM390,000.
