Given its location, Nadayu 290 is ideal for the many Penangites working in Bayan Lepas or the city centre, and even those working at Bukit Mertajam and Butterworth on the mainland who travel by the bridge to work daily. However, one thing to note about the location of Nadayu 290 is traffic congestion on the main road of Jalan Bukit Gambir, especially during peak hours when many living in the surrounding areas travel to and from work by Jalan Bukit Gambir which enables access to the Gelugor highway.
