It is obviously one of the older condominiums of the neighbourhood despite efforts to upkeep its facades, as its designs are rather outdated as are its facilities.
Prices of Taman LTAT have however been on the constant incline as the condominium is very centrally located and is attractive for its convenient if often congested accessibility.
