Tropicana Metropark is an upcoming integrated development located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. It is a product from one of the leading developers in Malaysia who are renowned for their quality and high end developments. Tropicana Metropark is to be one of their crowning developments in the central township of Subang.

One of Tropicana Metropark’s main features is its 9.2 acre Melbourne style park. This linear park will incorporate a lake that will run through the entire park. With its meticulous planning, residents and tenants of every development within this mini township are able to enjoy the sights and views of this delight.

Tropicana Metropark will consist of serviced apartments, office blocks, retail lots, a university and shopping mall. The first phases of the development were the serviced apartments which were irresistibly snapped up within months of its launch, with there being long queues to its entrance before the showroom even opened on the day of its launch.

The second phase was also just as quickly sold out despite the slower market sentiments then and the considerably astronomical prices. Every unit at Tropicana Metropark will either overlook the beautiful linear lakes of the township or the facilities, whether their own or the neighbouring one. Encouraging green living, all the four condominiums within Tropicana Metropark as well as the three future office towers will be connected to the city via the new KTM station, that will be located at the upcoming 15,000,000 sf shopping mall within Tropicana Metropark.

Accessibility to the township will also be extremely convenient with the new access road being built that will provide residents and visitors a direct entrance from immediately after the Batu 3 toll road. Utilising this road, getting to the township of Klang will take a mere 15 minutes.

With the entire township due to be completed in 2023, with the new shopping mall to tout high frontage views and with the beautiful linear park to be open to the public as well, Tropicana Metropark is a development that is being highly anticipated by all whether they are a buyer or not.
