Tropicana Metropark is an upcoming integrated development located in Subang Jaya, Selangor. One of Tropicana Metropark’s main features is its 9.2 acre Melbourne style park. This linear park will incorporate a lake that will run through the entire park. Tropicana Metropark will consist of serviced apartments, office blocks, retail lots, a university and shopping mall. The first phases of the development were the serviced apartments which were irresistibly snapped up within months of its launch, with there being long queues to its entrance before the showroom even opened on the day of its launch.

The second phase was also just as quickly sold out despite the slower market sentiments then and the considerably astronomical prices. The condominiums were one of the highlights for investors as they foresaw being able to rent out their units to future students of the neighbourhood university and white collared workers of the office buildings within Tropicana Metropark which the office buildings are said to be sold enbloc.
