Located just opposite the Crystal Crown Hotel in Petaling Jaya is Ehsan Ria, one of the oldest condominiums in Petaling Jaya towering amongst the landed properties.
It was originally designed to be a high-end residential tower, but over the years it could be seen that this condominium was not doing very well on the upkeep and many of the original buyers opted to move out to better homes. As such, many of the tenants at this condominium now consists of university students from the nearby institutions of higher education.
