Description

Bukit Sentosa 2 is another one of the infamous developer’s projects in the township of Bukit Berutung, popular in the past for not being able to command any value in the market. Amongst some of the buyers’ complaints in the past was a complete lack of public transportation, where they were forced to take a cab from the town of Rawang in order to get to Bukit Berutung.

They also complained about the false promises made by the developer that the area will be the second Petaling Jaya, and that they felt like dumping their homes in this area. The situation has however improved over the years as more developers saw the potential in this township, and the houses while not increasing in value drastically, bear a stable price in the market.
