Paragon 202 is an exclusive residential development in Bandar Putra Permai with a single layout for all units. This gated community comes with all the basic facilities needed for its residents to enjoy on a daily basis, as well as a tight security system that ensures their safety.

This residence is connected to other towns via several main highways that is convenient for residents to commute from one place to another. Being located close to educational institutions, job opportunities and amenities make Paragon 202 a suitable option for working professionals, students, and families.

There were however several complaints lodged by the public before the completion of the project. The buyers were angered by the developer's delay in completing the project, despite having given a promise to meet the deadline.
