Pinnacle is a high-end mixed commercial development located in Petaling Jaya, directly beside the entrance to the Federal Highway. Touted to be targeted exclusively to the upper income brackets, Pinnacle certainly has very high frontage views from the Federal Highway.

Exiting from Pinnacle in the past may have been a problem during peak hours, however with the change of all the PJ roads into a Loop Road has certainly elevated this issue. Tenants of Pinnacle will however need to take a big loop in order to turn down onto Federal Highway even though they are just beside it as they would be going against traffic. Once down the Federal Highway, tenants will have easy access to the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Bangsar South and Bangsar, while heading to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) will take only 20 minutes on a clear day.

Pinnacle is also easy to gain access to from Klang as it is a straight drive on the Federal Highway from Klang. Located around the Pinnacle just down the road is Jaya 33, Jaya Shopping Centre and Jaya One, premium neighbourhood shopping malls where outside are also many food stalls which are popular with the lunch crowd. For business lunches, fine Chinese cuisine can be found right below the development at Overseas Restaurant, a brand that has been since before the Pinnacle was built.

Pinnacle will consist of three different types of offices, retail outlets and even a small hotel. The offices are designed to be spacious and sophisticated, depicting elegance and with its expansive spaces.
