Pacific Star is one of the newest developments of Section 13 in Petaling Jaya, located just opposite the Jaya 33 neighbourhood shopping mall. Pacific Star is a development that is situated on prime land, and spans 6.04 acres of land. It sits on what was previously a Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) campus and a car showroom.

Pacific Star is to encompass wholesome living with serviced apartments and office towers, of which The Star Publications will own exclusive rights to Tower A of the office development. The Star Publications itself will have a staff count of between 2000 and 3000 people ensuring a steady flow of patrons for businesses in Pacific Star. Prices of this development are on the high side due to its extremely good location, but the rental market is speculated to be excellent.

Tower B which is the BETA Office Suitz has two options of office spaces to choose from, which are 210 standard units and 48 duplex units. Tower C which is the CAPELLA Residenz incorporates a semi-detached concept with 8 units per floor, while Tower D (DELTA Residenz) and Tower E (ETA Residenz) each have 12 units per floor.

The developers of Pacific Star is Island Circle, a subsidiary of Pacific Star Group which specialises in global property investment. With their headquarters located in Singapore, the Pacific Star Group has expert property knowledge with Bangkok, New York, Seoul and Kuala Lumpur. With their expertise, Pacific Star is being designed to cater to both locals and international business owners with their superior facilities and architecture.

Some of Pacific Star’s outstanding features includes its Green Building Index award for its nature-friendly components that include rain water harvesting systems and solar panels for sustainable energy. The paint used for the building is eco-friendly, and the windows will be double glazed with anti-UV and anti-infra red to reduce the temperature from the outside which will in turn lessen the need for turning up the air-conditioner too high. The building will also feature copper pipings for a centralised water heater system.
