Villa Orkid is a medium-cost development located in Segambut with Bougainvilla and Rosvilla also within the same vicinity. Embracing the notion of being low density, each floor has approximately eight units, with each unit being given two parking bays at the expense of the developer’s generosity. Villa Orkid is strategically located close to Mont Kiara, which is known as the “expat village” and Desa Sri Hartamas.

Accessing the property is not a hassle for residents, however, they are concerned about one thing - Villa Orkid is dangerously close to some high-tension cables. But the highlight of the property is the centralised refuse collection system, which serves to reduce the problem of irresponsible garbage disposal that is a common issue faced by high rise developments.
