Description

Nusa Intan is the beautiful new township located in the state of Seremban. It encompasses wholesome living in its township, consisting mainly of landed properties. Nusa Intan spans 300 acres of land in Senawang with a total GDV of 500 million. Launched in the year 2011, its expected completion date is in 2018.

Nusa Intan has several different phases of residential developments, with the majority of them consisting of terrace houses. These homes are desirable for their quiet environment and proximity to Sepang, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. Combined with their affordable price tags, Nusa Intan has attracted the attention of many first time home buyers.

As a result of its beautiful designs, good price and promise of capital appreciation, the first phase of Nusa Intan was fully sold out without even a showroom unit being built. The other phases that followed thereafter were just as well received, with all of them selling out almost as soon as they were launched.

The majority of the homes launched were however single storey houses, hence with the demand of buyers for double storey houses, Apricot was the first of the double storey developments to be launched with a very low density of only 81 units with rather large built-ups of 2,469 sf, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. These homes were clearly targeted toward larger families.

A visit to the Nusa Intan site shows the place to be encompassed by nature. There will be a park built within the development akin to the famous Desa ParkCity or Setia Eco Park, making it the ideal family seat. Many of the buyers of Nusa Intan buy for the homes for their own stay as opposed to them being investments.

As Nusa Intan is the first integrated township development in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan it was a big hit with property buyers. Nusa Intan is suitable for residents who yearn for a laid-back and relaxing lifestyle in the outskirts of the city not too far from civilisation. The township of Nusa Intan is perfect for this scenario as it offers a greener lifestyle and is still reasonably close to the city centre.
