Each of the residential unit has 2 to 3 bedrooms accompanied by 1 to 2 bathrooms. The Maritime’s residential units can fetch prices from RM555,000 onwards, which is quite reasonable.
It can be greatly considered that The Maritime is focused on being a family-oriented property. With a swimming pool, and a children’s playground located in the grounds, starting a family here would be very much ideal. Besides, there are both indoor and outdoor gyms. The property also offers the addition of being able to take in spectacular views of the Penang Bridge stretching across the sea and the skyline of Penang. With that, The Maritime is an ideal property to invest and own.
Though placed closer to the shoreline, you can access amenities like eateries and banks located along Jalan Jelutong and in Georgetown, which are relatively near at about 2 kilometers away. The Hospital Pulau Pinang and Loh Guan Lye Hospital are both less than 3 kilometers away while 1st Avenue Mall and Prangin Mall are also just nearby in the city centre. There are also the SMK (P) Methodist, the Penang Japanese School, and SMJK Convent Datuk Keramat schools nearby.
However, there is hardly any public transportation within proximity of the property. Bus routes passing through the area are expected in the future, but for the time being, owning a vehicle would be more convenient for living at The Maritime. The development is accessible via the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, but congestion along that route is expected, especially during the weekday peak hours.
