Penang World City is a monumental development along the coast of Batu Uban, on the island of Penang. Tropicana Bay Residences at Penang World City is a luxurious condominium complex designed to be part of the development’s self-sustainable master plan. Comprised of five 22-storey residential blocks, the project offers homes with picturesque views of the sea or the hills thanks to thoughtful design which positions all units in a way which allows either view.

There will be a total of 1,343 units in a selection of 7 layout designs and built-up spaces of between 400 sf to 980 sf to accommodate the different needs of individuals and families alike. Facilities provided to residents of Tropicana Bay Residences at Penang World City include several wellbeing features, such as an infinity pool, yoga/tai chi/moon plaza, and 'chillaxation' terrace, sporting facilities such as squash and badminton courts, a half basketball court, and tennis court. There are also entertainment facilities such as a mini cinema and karaoke hall as well as many other amenities.

Tropicana Bay Residences within Penang World City is not far away from its completion in September of 2017 while other commercial projects and retail malls will follow suit as in line with its master plan. Upon the completion of the retail spaces and malls within Penang World City, there will be an array of countless amenities all within the development itself.

However, its location is also within close range of the several matured commercial hubs and neighbourhoods in the Batu Uban area. Some those amenities include the Sungai Nibong Primary School, Sungai Nibong High School and Kwang Hwa Chinese School and also Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and the Penang Skills Development Centre. The popular Queensbay Mall is also just a few minutes’ drive away while the Bukit Jambul Complex is also nearby.

Strategically situated off the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway, Penang World City enjoys ease of access to the Jelutong Expressway, the Bayan Lepas Expressway, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and also the first Penang Bridge. Transportation hubs such as the Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal, Sungai Nibong Rapid Penang Bus Hub and Sungai Nibong Taxi Station are also within proximity of the development.
