The Hub is a prime development located in the very busy neighbourhood of SS2 in Petaling Jaya. It will feature a mixed development of office towers and residential suites neighbouring Ameera Residences and Five Stones, designed to capture the hearts of urban citizens with its contemporary designs.

The Hub is designed to spearhead the future with demands of the new and flexible work culture, where the lines between work and play are blurred. According to the developer, The Hub will set the benchmark for the work environment of the future.

The open areas of The Hub are designed to foster collaboration at the sheltered courtyards and open air plazas. There will be a promenade within this area featuring signature water features. When there is work to be done, the shop offices and signature suites set within The Hub will serve as the perfect grounds; and when it is time to sit back and relax, those fortunate enough to own a unit at the signature suites will get to enjoy the facilities set within the development.

Amongst some of the facilities offered at The Hub is a rooftop swimming pool from where tenants can enjoy beautiful views of Petaling Jaya while swimming. There will also be a gymnasium and garden lounge within the development. Another looked forward to feature is the individual lift that will be available to every retail office lot.

The Hub is speculated to appreciate in price drastically by the time it is completed, as it is estimated to be located close to the ingress and egress point of the rumoured KIDEX highway; while free LRT shuttle busses will be provided exclusively to residents to chauffeur them to and fro the upcoming MRT station nearby.

The maintenance fee for both the residential suites and office tower differs, with the original maintenance fees of the retail offices being RM0.44 psf and RM0.33 psf for the serviced suites; of which both amounts are inclusive of sinking funds.
