The Hub is a prime development located in the very busy neighbourhood of SS2 in Petaling Jaya. It will feature a mixed development of office towers and residential suites neighbouring Ameera Residences and Five Stones, designed to capture the hearts of urban citizens with its contemporary designs.

The Hub is speculated to appreciate in price drastically by the time it is completed, as it is estimated to be located close to the ingress and egress point of the rumoured KIDEX highway; while free LRT shuttle busses will be provided exclusively to residents to chauffeur them to and fro the upcoming MRT station nearby.
The maintenance fee for both the residential suites and office tower differs, with the original maintenance fees of the retail offices being RM0.44 psf and RM0.33 psf for the serviced suites; of which both amounts are inclusive of sinking funds.
