Tropicana Bay Residences is a high-rise condominium development designed with the need for unimpeded views of the ocean and the Penang hill in mind, along with convenience of location. Upon completion in 2017, the project will add to the ever-changing skyline of Penang with five blocks of residences towering 22 storeys in Bayan Indah.

Tropicana Bay Residences is also strategically situated off the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Highway, giving residents easy access to the Jelutong Expressway, the Bayan Lepas Expressway, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and also the first Penang Bridge. The residences are also within close proximity to transportation hubs such as the Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal, Sungai Nibong Rapid Penang Bus Hub and Sungai Nibong Taxi Station.
