Tropicana Bay Residences is a high-rise condominium development designed with the need for unimpeded views of the ocean and the Penang hill in mind, along with convenience of location. Upon completion in 2017, the project will add to the ever-changing skyline of Penang with five blocks of residences towering 22 storeys in Bayan Indah.

The residences are also within close proximity to transportation hubs such as the Sungai Nibong Express Bus Terminal, Sungai Nibong Rapid Penang Bus Hub and Sungai Nibong Taxi Station.
