Setia EcoHill is the beautiful new township from SP Setia, a leading Malaysian developer, situated in the lush green areas of Semenyih out of town. Setia Ecohill will consist of 753 acres of land in Semenyih, where 673 acres of the land will be dedicated to housing developments and 80 acres to be dedicated to parkland.

Setia EcoHill was created with the intention of being eco-friendly by reducing carbon footprint and providing sustainability through careful township planning and energy-saving homes via solar power and renewable energy.

Setia EcoHill will be a development of low density with only 10 homes to an acre of land, ensuring no lack of space between every home to maintain the peace and quiet of every neighbourhood within Setia EcoHill.

While Semenyih has long been regarded as a sleepy town, Setia EcoHill is said to be one of the catalysts that will push Semenyih out of its quiet shell while still maintaining the serenity of the township. Although located comparatively far from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur, Setia Ecohill will enjoy excellent connectivity to the city.

Setia EcoHill will in future be connected to the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS) through the LEKAS-Ecohill link, enabling residents of Setia Ecohill to be directly connected to the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), PLUS Highway and Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP). From here, it is said that the Kuala Lumpur city centre will only be half an hour away, while Kajang, Cheras and Putrajaya are all approximately 20 minutes away.

Located within township itself just opposite Setia EcoHill will be the resident Tesco hypermarket, and a few minutes away is the Nottingham University. Within Kajang are also a few selected international schools, such as the Rafflesia International School and Tanarata International Schools, and located nearby them will be a Jaya Grocer supermarket.

The landscapes of Semenyih are certainly changing largely due to Setia EcoHill and Eco Majestic, another prestigious township development. Popular franchises are also recognising the potential of Semenyih, and are hence making their way here. With everything taken into consideration, Setia EcoHill is expected to enjoy massive capital appreciation in the coming years.
