35 Pearl Villas is quite literally, named after the exclusive 35 units of villa-style homes of the Setia Pearl Island residential development in Sungai Ara, Penang. Perched on higher ground, the villas offer breath-taking views of the city below and green hills in the distance.

Completed in 2014, the luxurious homes offer expansive built-up spaces of 6,577 sf. Though on paper the villas are 4 storeys in height, there is in fact, only 3 storeys of interior living space, which are the ground, first and second floors. The villas offer 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and in addition, a maid’s room, maid’s bathroom, utility room, laundry room and powder room.

The 35 Pearl Villas offer a pleasant surprise on the lower ground floor, where there is an impressive, infinity pool a covered terrace space, pool deck, and outdoor shower. There is also a balcony overlooking the city, making it an ideal space to enjoy the scenery, chill by the pool and even host parties. The large porch is also able to park 4 cars, ensuring ample parking space for residents and even guests.

With more surprises under its sleeve, the 35 Pearl Villas homes also come with their very own home elevator, the epitome of luxury and convenience. The lift can bring residents from the terrace on the lower ground floor, straight to the high-ceilinged living and dining spaces on the ground floor, before ascending to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are. The master bedroom is on the top floor, where the lift opens up into a study space connected to the master bedroom. It is an especially great feature for families with elders who have trouble climbing the stairs, making the homes ideal for all.

Though the villas offer everything a family needs, the neighbourhood of 35 Pearl Villas also has a jogging track and playground as well for use by residents. Residents can also go through daily life in peace, knowing that the neighbourhood is equipped with 24-hour security. The freehold homes of 35 Pearl Villas are lavish, with a price tag that clearly reflects that. For those able to afford the more than RM3.2 million villas, it is definitely the perfect family home.

Though not exactly within walking distance, 35 Pearl Villas is just a short drive of amenities within Sungai Ara and other nearby towns. The Straits International School, SK Bayan Lepas and SJK (C) Chung Shan are about 5 minutes down the main road while SK Mutiara Perdana is about 3 minutes away in the opposite direction. Other schools in the area include the Fairview International School, Seri Relau National School, SMK Sungai Ara, SRJK (C) Chong Cheng, and SK Mutiara Perdana.

The Penang International Airport is also within close distance of the 35 Pearl Villas. Though there are several shop lots housing eateries and mini markets nearby, more amenities can be found in Queensbay Mall and the Bayan Bay commercial hub about 15 minutes’ drive away. There, amenities like food and beverage outlets, banks, convenience stores, supermarkets, clinics and even a cinema can be found. To add, there is also a Giant hypermarket in the town of Bayan Baru close by.

35 Pearl Villas is situated off Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, which leads into the town of Bayan Baru, up north and the town of Bayan Lepas south. It also links to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. With that, the homes are just about 15 minutes from the second Penang bridge while Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah leads to towns like Gelugor, Jelutong, as well as the first Penang bridge, approximately a 20-minute drive away. Georgetown is also a journey of roughly 40 minutes from the 35 Pearl Villas. Another alternative route leading to these key locations on the island is the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, also accessible from the neighbourhood.
