SS3 which is also known as Taman University is an established residential area in Kelana Jaya. Residents comment that SS3 is a comfortable area to live in with many access roads, although traffic congestion during peak hours is an issue. It has also been mentioned that house break-ins are quite common in this area, hence some of the housing developments have hired their own security team to guard their area.
