Ativo Plaza is a development of shop offices in the township of Bandar Sri Damansara. Located along the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), this township was built by TA Properties Sdn Bhd – a midscale developer in Malaysia. Although they have only about 10 projects in Malaysia, TA Properties is renowned for the good quality of their development.
Ativo Plaza is no different and holds to the highest standards of development. Sited on freehold land, Ativo Plaza is well built and is home to a total of 198 shop and office units. Buyers can choose between units of 1,076 sf and 2,025 sf.
The retail outlets are located on the ground floor of the building, and comprises a mix of restaurants, cafes, and shops. And located in the back portion of the development away from the main roads is also a tranquil little garden that is beautifully designed and well maintained.
There is a variety of cuisines that can be found in Ativo Plaza, including western cuisine, Japanese, and Korean cuisine. A popular cafe that sells a fusion of Asian food is Kakatoo, which offers nyonya, asian and western cuisine. And for business meetings, Rondaevoo which serves healthy food such as brown rice nasi lemak is a popular choice.
As for those who desire a Korean lunch there is Out of Seoul which is touted to be reasonably priced yet tasty. And Tokyo Kitchen is the restaurant to head to for those craving Japanese food. Vegetarians are not left out, as there is the Be LOHAS Healthy Vegetarian Cuisine. Not only a vegetarian restaurant, Be LOHAS is a very healthy restaurant that serves only organic food.
While located in a seemingly quiet environment, Ativo Plaza is in fact surrounded by many amenities including schools, universities, and medical centres. Within a short distance from the plaza is the SK Sri Bestari and Sri Bestari Private School. As for clientele, Ativo Plaza is central to the residential areas of Bandar Sri Damansara.
Ativo Plaza is easily accessible via the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) and enjoys a catchment of visitors not just from the Bandar Sri Damansara township but also the Bandar Menjalara township which is located just opposite of the highway.
As such, the rental prices of the shop offices at Ativo Plaza are decent at between only RM2,500 and RM4,500 as of the year 2020. And as of September 2020, a 1,071 sf unit was priced as low as RM890,000.
