Menara HLA is one of the oldest office towers in the city, prominently located on the street of Jalan Kia Peng, within short walking distance of both the Pavilion Shopping Mall as well as Suria KLCC. Parking lots are allocated according to the amount of space leased, with every 1,000 sf granting the tenant one parking bay.

Despite its much coveted location, Menara HLA is not a very well maintained office tower. Although it looks fine from the outside, the basement parking lots in the place are dim and ominous, while the lifts in this office tower has been known to fall for a few floors before the safety mechanism kicks in and the lift’s passengers have to be rescued by the lift management team.

With the wide selection of newer and more prestigious office buildings in the enclave of KLCC, it is highly advisable to look into other options before setting up office at Menara HLA.
