Shamelin Bestari is an affordable high rise development located in Cheras where public amenities are aplenty within and around the area. It is a highly accessible development with many highways passing by the area and public transportation as a viable alternative.

However, the residents of the development have a bone to pick with the management as they complained that the maintenance leaves much to be desired. Complaints also include grieves on the the limited number of parking bays, as some of them have more than a car for each unit.

Traffic around Shamelin Bestari is also a pain especially since there are many schools within the area. This property is suitable for investors as the rental value is based on nearby amenities, public transportation, and reasonably-sized units that are easily managed.
