The Permai Putera condominium in Ampang is the sibling condominium to Permai Puteri, the newer of the two developments. While there were some mild complaints about the cleanliness and upkeep of the sister condominium’s facilities, the upkeep of Permai Putera is said to be exemplary.
Located within minutes of several of Kuala Lumpur’s major highways and within walking distance to many amenities, Permai Putera is the preferred choice of those on a budget looking to stay within the city centre.
