Other townships like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Seremban are a mere 20 minutes away, while the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Sepang International Circuit are 15 minutes away.

Beyond Bandar Enstek, surrounding developments like Kota Seriemas and the KLIA quarters are not yet well-served by business and retail premises alike Mercato. This being the case, Mercato 2 is expected to be a good investment.
