Mercato is a newly completed commercial development located in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Mercato has 2 development phases, whereby the first phase was sold out and has already been handed over to its respective purchasers. In terms of amenities, Mercato is well connected to the Kuala Lumpur city via the North-South Highway, North–South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) and Maju Expressway (MEX). Other townships like Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Seremban are a mere 20 minutes away, while the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Sepang International Circuit are 15 minutes away.
Beyond Bandar Enstek, surrounding developments like Kota Seriemas and the KLIA quarters are not yet well-served by business and retail premises alike Mercato. This being the case, Mercato 2 is expected to be a good investment.
