Impian Baiduri is a low cost development located in Petaling Jaya with a standard layout for all its units. Each unit comes with an identical floor plan of one specific size. This property does not come with a security feature with the barest minimum of existing facilities being found on the ground floor of the building.
There are not many amenities near the development and residents have to drive out to access them. Transport-wise, Impian Baiduri is easily accessible via several public transports as buses and taxis service this area quite frequently and the LRT and KTM stations are only a short drive away.
Of the misfortunes to have visited this residential high rise was an incident that occurred where one of the lifts fell six floors down and left five people injured. There were also many cases of dengue fever affecting the residents in 2012 where ten of the cases were reported.
