Amongst some of the oldest and least well-maintained apartments, but still highly desirable for its central location in Petaling Jaya, is the Sea Park Apartment. This apartment which its facade is not bearing its years well is still highly popular and comes with a considerably pricey tag.

Common complaints from residents are of fellow apartment owners who do not pay up their rent, while a more serious complaint includes the purchase of Sea Park Apartment’s parking lot by an unknown party.

In what appears to be a politically and monetarily influenced move, land titles involving the parking lot were mysteriously sold, and the residents’ complaints and dissatisfactions are now falling on deaf ears.

A hidden gem in Sea Park PJ area. Building a bit old but superb location. Super convenient - market, eateries, LRT station all within walking distance. Short drive to many offices/commercial, hospitals, university etc in PJ.

in the middle of the road to fetch their kids from school. That is the main problem. Not a lot of facilities in the apartment itself. If buy for own stay it’s ok but not for investment. A lot of eateries and convenient. A lot of banks too. Nearby Burger Lab.
