Sphere Damansara is a development of unique architecture that is located in the prime suburbs of Damansara Damai in Petaling Jaya. It is an integrated development that will feature residential and commercial components sitted atop a shopping mall. The distinctive feature of Sphere Damansara is the sphere on top of the building which gave this development its name, which is a rooftop to a manmade beachside pool.

The residential components of Sphere Damansara are named Sphere Suites and Loft Suites which houses units of between 538 sf and 753 sf for the former and 661 sf units for the latter. While these homes may not be spacious enough for a standard sized family, they are preferred by bachelors and investors.

The facilities that will be shared by residents will be atypical of condominiums, if a bit limited, with an infinity pool, wading pool and business centre. The rooftop infinity pool will however be the unique feature as it overlooks the cityscape of Kuala Lumpur with its transparent roof spanning 6,000 sf. Add on the green building concept of Sphere Damansara into place, and residents can look forward to getting electricity bill rebates from TNB.

This strategically located development will enjoy proximity to some of the most popular townships and entertainment centres with Kota Damansara nearby. Residents will enjoy getting to the e@Curve and Ikano Power Centre in under 15 minutes and while One Utama Shopping Centre is slightly further, it is almost just as near if utilizing the back lanes of the homes in Bandar Utama. The Bandar Utama Golf Driving Range is also in this area, as is the Bandar Utama 9-hole Golf Course.

Of the closest highways to home is the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and SPRINT Highway. By utilising these highways, residents of Sphere Damansara will be able to get to Kelana Jaya in approximately 20 minutes in clear traffic while getting to the city centre will take no more than 30 minutes.

As the developer’s second ever project with the first being Zen Residence in Puchong which is already completed and was very well received, Sphere Damansara is another development which drew much attention from investors. Sphere Damansara is expected to be another success in the developer’s portfolio.
