Kemensah Heights is a landed property development located in Kemensah, with Taman Zooview and Taman Melawati as its neighbours. Situated behind the National Zoo, the development at Kemensah Heights began several years ago in a quiet area. Kemensah Heights is famous for its peaceful environment with its elegant homes and magnificent appearances.
Despite being a posh development, there have been concerns of road access and security issues in Kemensah Heights. While it is easily accessible via the MRR2, residents have to crawl through traffic congestion every day at rush hour. There were also reports of break-ins that have happened before due to the lack of the gated-and-guarded feature for the older developments.
