Located on the borders of Putrajaya and Puchong, Abadi Heights is a residential development scheduled to be completed in early 2015. There are ten phases to this development, named Cyria, Imperia, Cavaria, Asteria, Valeria, Feria, Veria, Solaria, Averia and Adoria.

Designed to be architecturally aesthetic and built to be one with nature, this development which spans 84 acres of lush nature will be complemented by a Greenland Park and Garden Pond which will consist of 7 acres of the entire development.

There have however been grouches on the developer of Abadi Heights, where an individual claimed that his late father was promised seven units of terrace houses for giving his land to the developer, and has since waited for years for its completion with no results.
