Areca Contempo Homes is an upcoming low-density residential area within Cyberjaya, which is deemed to be the next Bangsar or Damansara Heights community. Spread out over 75 acres and built to have direct access to a 45-acre man-made lake, this landed gated and guarded community with strata title is to be located in the Cyberjaya flagship zone.
Areca Contempo Homes will be the first of its kind development in the township of Cyberjaya, which will offer the benefits of living in a high rise building with all its comforts of facilities and security but in a landed development instead.
