Taman Connaught is a hugely Chinese populated township in Cheras, strategically located at the three-road intersection of the Kuala Lumpur MRR2, East-West Link Expressway, and the Cheras Highway. For an established and matured neighbourhood, Taman Connaught consists of many types of development, from landed to high rise properties. There is also a business centre in the area called Connaught Avenue.
Taman Connaught is also home to the second longest night market in Malaysia, stretching for 2km with 700 stalls. Primarily known for the variety of food available, the night market caters to the residents in Cheras as well as students from UCSI University. There is positive rental yield for properties in Taman Connaught as it is a self-sufficient township with good connectivity and direct access to its surrounding amenities.
