It is also this road that will provide direct connectivity to the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE).

Within minutes of V-Residensi there are a myriad of amenities to cater to every need. There is the Universiti Teknologi MARA, which nearby it is the Selayang Hospital. Within this busy township is also the Tesco Hypermarket and a myriad of banking facilities and shops that sell a variety of services and products.

Of the many who did not purchase a unit at V-Residensi, there were double the number of buyers who were just as interested in these homes for the environment it offers and its affordable prices. As a result, the development was fully sold out over a year before its completion.
