PJ Midtown is a high rise property development located in the heart of Petaling Jaya that is designed to capture the true essence of urban living. The ones that cater to families is Type A with its spaciousness of 1,227 sf, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The number of parking lots each unit gets depends on only one factor. Every unit gets one parking lot for every bedroom it has, hence the one bedroom unit gets just one lot, the two bedroom unit two lots and so forth.

The exception to this rule are the 915 sf units which face D'Vogue; these units get 3 parking lots instead of 2 in spite of having only 2 bedrooms, due to their blocked views. They will also get an RM30,000 discount on their units.

PJ Midtown is expected to get a decent rental market with its central location and many universities close to it. Within walking distance is a Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) campus and nearby is the International Islamic University of Malaysia. On the main road there is the Columbia Asia Hospital that was newly opened in 2015, and further down the road is University Malaya, University Hospital and the famous University Malaya Specialist Centre (UMSC).
