PJ Midtown is a high rise property development located in the heart of Petaling Jaya that is designed to capture the true essence of urban living. PJ Midtown is expected to get a decent rental market with its central location and many universities close to it. Within walking distance is a Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) campus and nearby is the International Islamic University of Malaysia. On the main road there is the Columbia Asia Hospital that was newly opened in 2015, and further down the road is University Malaya, University Hospital and the famous University Malaya Specialist Centre (UMSC).
