Urbana Residences @ Ara Damansara is a maiden project development taken on by a developer whose expertise lie in the plastic industry, and not so much in the property construction business. Urbana Residences @ Ara Damansara does however show much promise and potential with its prime location in a property hotspot.

Located at the fringe of Ara Damansara near Citta Mall, Urbana Residences is geographically blessed with a mature transport network of seven major highways passing through the area, an airport, and a new LRT hub as part of the Kelana Jaya LRT line extension. Residents will be within a comfortable walking distance of this new station, making it an ideal home for investors looking to rent out their homes to students.

Every home will be furnished with high end quality furnishings, inclusive of a Signature Kitchen branded kitchen that will come fully furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets, hood, hob and sink. Every bedroom and living room will come with an air-conditioner, and every bathroom with Johnson Suisse sanitary fittings, but only the master bathroom will come with a built-in water heater. A washer cum dryer machine will also be provided.

These chic homes are so well designed and were so hot in the market that they almost entirely sold out within a month of its launch. Some of Urbana Residences @ Ara Damansara’s main selling points aside from its central location is its family centric facilities. Secreted within the development will be pods of relaxations, where children can have their fun at the water play area and playground while adults can lounge while supervising playtime at the cabana, swinging cocoons and lookout cubes.

Upon exiting their haven of home, residents of Urbana Residences @ Ara Damansara will have access to a multitude of highways. There is the new Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) which leads to the SPRINT Highway, the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Federal Highway.

The main access road to Urbana Residences @ Ara Damansara is Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang which is unfortunately constantly congested with traffic especially during rush hours due to the high density of residents in the areas as well as numerous commercial areas nearby which utilize the same roads.
