The Azure Residences is a new high rise property development in Kelana Jaya. This highly iconic tower is part of an integrated development which incorporates Paradigm Mall, The Azure Residences and the development of an upcoming office tower.

The Azure Residences a refreshing concept as it incorporates a modern lifestyle with dedicated recreational spaces. Residents will literally be a stroll away from Paradigm Mall with its many shopping pleasures via the dedicated pedestrian bridge which will span the distance from the serviced apartment to the mall.

The Kelana Jaya LRT Station while not within walking distance is only a 5-minute car ride away.

An added boon of being directly connected to Paradigm Mall is that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) shuttle busses have a route from the shopping mall which runs from the wee hours of the morning to late hours of the night making this a major plus point for frequent travellers.

The homes at The Azure Residences were bought mainly by property speculators for the anticipated rental yield that The Azure Residences will bring. Its prices were reasonable for its location and its sizes, and with every unit coming with a minimum of two parking lots, the project was a hot sell in the market.
